just a quick update: i made it back "home" to mendoza! after 12 days of traveling, waking up early, hiking, and living off scraps of food (no, mom, i actually was not kidding when i said we were starving...) we made it! our bus got in at 7am this morning, and i am currently studying for a test that i think i have today at 3. i haven't slept well since we left mendoza, so i'm going to try and struggs through this week (week aka the next 3 days) and then crash this weekend. on top of that, my parents are going to colombia for their 40th birthdays and i have the house to myself for the next 2 weeks. hollahhh. pics and 12 new blog posts (one for each day duh) to come soon.
